Final Sale Policy

At Red Aura Luxe, we are committed to delivering exceptional products and service. Please be advised that all purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless an item arrives damaged or was shipped in error.

Shipping & Handling
We can’t wait for you to experience the beauty of our products in your home. Every order is carefully handpicked and packed by our dedicated team, with the goal of shipping within 2–5 business days from the order date.*

*Please note: Orders placed during promotional periods may require additional processing time.

Pickup

Pickup is available from our home studio in Moncton, NB. Once your order is ready, we will contact you via email to coordinate a convenient pickup day and time.

Local Delivery
Local delivery is available to customers within a 30km radius of our Moncton studio. If your address qualifies, the local delivery option will appear automatically at checkout.

Complimentary Delivery: Enjoy free local delivery on orders over $75.

Flat Rate Delivery: Orders under $75 are subject to a $8.00 flat delivery fee.

Delivery Timeline: Expect your delivery within 2–5 business days. Please note that tracking numbers are not available for local deliveries.

Canada Shipping
Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150 within Canada.

Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of $15 applies to orders under $150.

Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery within 2–10 business days via Canada Post or UPS, with tracking provided.

USA Shipping
Complimentary Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $150 to the U.S.

Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of $15 applies to orders under $150.

Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery within 2–10 business days, with tracking information provided.

International Shipping
For international orders, please email us at hello@redauraluxe.com for a custom shipping quote and confirmation of shipping eligibility prior to placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges
All purchases from Red Aura Luxe are final sale, with the exception of items that arrive damaged or incorrectly shipped. Although we thoroughly inspect every product before dispatch, damages can sometimes occur in transit.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact hello@redauraluxe.com within 48 hours of receipt, including:

Your name

Order number

Description of the issue


Photos clearly showing the damage or incorrect item

Once your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost. Returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date, and items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

After the returned item is received, please allow up to one week for inspection and processing. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear on your statement.

Please note: We do not accept returns for damages caused by normal wear and tear.

Order Cancellations & Exchanges
Due to the Final Sale nature of our products, we are unable to accept cancellations or exchanges.
